| Didi B. Didi was picked up by the PRC’s border patrol. She was with an Indian man full of promises of a well-paid job in India. When it was discovered she was being sold into the sex trade the border patrol tried to return her to her family, but her family did not want her after she had spent several nights alone with another man. She was brought to the Rehab Center where she is undergoing sewing training. She will return to her village with a skill and 5 sewing machines and work as a member of the P.R.C. staff to teach other young vulnerable women an income generating skill. After counseling from the PRC staff her family is excited to have her back in a few months. |
